Even though Delicious Party♡Precure ended up having only 45 episodes I'm glad that it got both a Halloween episode and a Christmas episode.

Although Fennel has been redeemed he can't be forgiven so easily and has to be sent to the CooKingdon's prison in order to pay for his crimes. It's no surprise though since there are other fictional antagonists who were also redeemed but had to be sent to jail like Professor Pomfrit (What's New, Scooby-Doo?: Big Appetite in Little Tokyo), Robert Callaghan/Yokai (Big Hero 6) and Menoa Bellucci (Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna) who additionally got therapy.

Previously Secretory was thrown in jail without trial, merely on order of that pink haired dude. Trials was absent in this case too, baddies seems to be thrown in jail for indefinite time (Fennel implied to be sentenced for life) in matter of day-two after the incident.
Since no representative political mechanisms was mentioned, Coo Kingdom political system are absolute monarchy, with Cook Fighters performing role of secret police similar to Gestapo, with right to arrest and incarcerate people without trial. That's totalitarianism. That's their only right? Maybe he can also execute dissidents without trial too.

I love when kiddie show try to simplify things for viewers but in the end create pretty dystopian setting.

Two-day incident? That's putting a war crime lightly. While I agree that the simplification of government and law in kids shows leads to dystopian settings. What Fennel did, holding an entire population's food supply hostage, is very cruel and horrific(although that put him on my list of favorite precure villains). And, because he would have continued had he not been forced to stop, arresting him on site would be the obvious course. And because of the time skip, we still don't know whether there was a trial or not. The same goes for Narcistoru and Sectretoru, they were still threats to public safety at the time. They would be locked up until trial. These guys were literally making VIOLENT monsters whose existence stole food or altered peoples memories. That's terrorism; domestic because they were, presumably, from Cookingdom.

1st of all for a "war crime" there is needs to be war. There was no state of war or change in Coo Kingdom internal status (like the martial law). Who was belligerents? Fennel not a state, he is individual, leader of gang who later abandoned them all in favor of robot army.

From the flow of events, pink-haired dude went to visit the cells right from the victory celebrations, which started right away after resolving the incident, then rising his spirits from this act of BDSM, went back to sent off main chars - meaning antagonists was jailed without trial, because there was no time for it.

Terrorism are political violence, so only final act of Fennel can be classified as such. What Bundoru gang did was robberies/kidnappings (depending on legal status of recipips, either they considered sentient beings or things/animals under Coo Kingdom laws) and assaults, but their engagements was with the MC group whose legal status are shaky, they seems been vigilantes with no law-enforcement rights, except pink-haired dude who are member of cookingodom-gestapo/foodfighters.

The Bundoru gang were accomplices of Fennel. And they did literally terrorize others. Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. The entire Bundoru Gang did just that. The Bundoru Gang didn't just rob and kidnapped. They also created monsters that could have hurt people. If it wasn't for Mari's Delicious Field, the monsters would have destroyed the town.
We don't know if they were tried or not because they skip that part. We don't know if the Victory celebrations happened right away either. Time could have past between the events in which Fennel was stopped and jailed, while the celebration was being prepared. What we do know is that some form of justice was served. Furthermore, some trials happen swiftly when a person is caught in the act of doing these things.

Narcistoru reprogramming the Spiritoru into service robots was cool and Secretoru studying hard once again to work for Ms. Hatsuko as she finally finds a new purpose in life.

Since there's no evil force to make a surprise attack at the last moment sora just lends her pen/device for the delipre girls to use and off she goes maybe they get to meet her cure form in a movie soonish.

Mari-chan is already way more beautiful than any Pretty Cure.

This going be the first one that has a blue Main Cure And we finally get a Orange and White Cure we haven’t seen those since Smile and Suite Precure I hope they’re good 👍🏻

HUMAN PAMUPAMU AND MEMMEM!! For being my first official precure it was kind of underwhelming, i understand its aimed at children but ive seen scenes from past precure series that were truly emotional. Well, I do plan to watch the past ones as well but now it's Hero Time!!

Precure works best with/as girls only, so I am happy that they go back to that for the 20th anniversary next week.
